Palomino Hoops from Tula in Bloom. The name of these dangles is inspired by the shape, reminiscent of a stirrup, and the designer’s love of horses. Oblong horn or bone hairpipe beads lay horizontally on hammered hoops. Smooth to the touch, they are small and lightweight, which belies the size of their impact.
